You Belong in the Zoo!
We used to have zoo passes, but the kids got tired of it and I let them lapse. Yesterday, we got to go to the zoo for free through our homeschool group! I was excited to take Mason, he loves animals and he'd never been there before. Bryce didn't get to come. He has an extra piano lesson with a different teacher twice a month, and it just happened to fall on Tuesday. He didn't seem too upset though, music or zoo hmmmmm? Which would a 13 year old boy choose?
I'd forgotten how big the zoo is, and how much walking you have to do to see everything! We still had a great time even though we were exhausted by the time we were done. I chased Mason all over the place, geez he's fast. I needed a nap when we got home!

Whoever made this scultpure must have known that by making his foot off the ground, that children all over the city would lay under it pretending that giant Woolly Mammoth was stepping on them!
Trying to decide where to go next.
My heart did a little flip flop everytime he hung on the bars. My sister knocked her 2 front teeth out this way!
