Snow !!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what do you get when you add, a little rain in San Diego with *2* thrill seeking boys and one very big boy...

A snow day of course!!!!!!!!!!!!

JP took the boys snowboarding on Monday. It was their first trip of many, for the season. He woke them up at 5am, tossed them into the car and off they went. When they arrived at Mountain High it was a chilly 18 degrees, Brrrrr. This was the first time the boys had snowboarded while it was snowing. They spent all day on the mountain, even though the warmest it got was in the 20's.

Bryce is quite confindent on the mountain. He's been snowboarding since he was 5. JP said he kept taking off by himself and just crusing around.

Blake was totally excited, it was the first time he had been able to use his new snowboard that JP bought him at the end of the season last year. No more rentals for Blakey!! We were thinking that Marlie could use it when he outgrows it, but now they wear the same size shoe, so that won't work! Blake also scored a new snowboard helmet a few weeks ago. He was one happy camper with the fleece lined helmet, since it was so cold.

The boys (even the big one!) are hoping to go a few more times this season. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and they can go freeze their little selves silly while Marlie, Mason the Moose and I hang out in our *warm* house.
