Remove screaming icon, insert ---> WE ARE IN ESCROW!!!

Hooray we are in escrow!! We got the phone call this morning :0) Realistically we are looking at a closing date of September 26th. We probably won't move until mid to late October after we renovate a few things and paint. This house is perfect for us, it's on a cul-de-sac and has a huge yard. The house is a little smaller than the last one we put an offer in on, but we were willing to give up the inddor space for the huge yard!!!! It's big enough for a pool (someday maybe!) but still big enough to be able to play. Our inspection is Wednesday, the second day back to school. This will be a very busy first month of school LOL!!!! It's 5749 El CABO COURT :-)!!
